Rick Hall’s experience includes place, project-based, and experiential education, land protection, ecological restoration, multi-cultural community engagement, community supported agriculture, youth leadership and service-learning with school districts and community-based non-profits, He co-founded Standing Cedars Community Land Conservancy & Philadelphia Community Farm in Osceola, WI to preserve and restore 1500 acres along the St. Croix National Scenic River and improve water and local food supplies. Rick co-founded Indigenous Arts and Sciences Earth Partnerships with tribal communities in Wisconsin and Colaboración Ambiental (Latino Earth Partnership) with Hispanic communities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. He is fluent in Spanish, served in the Peace Corps in Bolivia, with the American Friends Service Committee in Puerto Rico and with The Global Health Institute in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
